Users can search content of all the sites (Drupal multi site) and search can be initiated from any of the multi site through a search box. The module is dependent on the search module.
InstallationIf you want it visible in all sites for central configuration then copy multisite_search folder and paste it in ../sites/all/modules folder so that it can also be configured by the other sites' admins.To install multisite_search module first you have to enable search module in all other sites because in Drupal 6 the search module is not enabled by default.Enable multisite_search module.To configure it go to Administer->Multisite Configuration If you dont have a prefix for your site then in the textbox make one space and enter your site URL. After completion you have to run cron. Requirements: ยท Drupal 5.x or higher.
